What does Next Neighbour actually do?
We manage the whole rental relationship: showing the property, screening applicants, the digital lease, monthly rent collection, move-in and move-out inspections, and returning the deposit — so neither side has to chase the other.
Does joining the waitlist cost anything?
No. Joining just reserves your spot and gets you early access and launch pricing when we open in your area.
How is this different from a typical property manager?
Landlords and tenants use the same system, so there's one shared record of the lease, the inspections, and the rent — instead of two sides relying on emails and phone calls to stay in sync.
When do you launch?
We're finalizing our first city now. Waitlist members hear first, in the order they joined.
